Insert prevents passage of large objects without restricting water flow. Flange: 2-3/4" OD; 1-1/2" ID. Thru-hull scupper with nut is used for mounting through the transom. Extra long length allows mounting on 2-1/8" thick surface, for use with 1-1/2" hose. Flange diameter 2-7/8"; white. Soft black flapper. Nut and mounting hardware included.
