8700 Series converters bring big performance with 12, 25, 35 and 40 amps DC outputs. They provide a highly reliable nominal 13.6 volts DC with or without a battery, and no extra filtering is required. WFCO's three-stage battery charging results in longer battery life, and is totally automatic. Nominal voltage output modes are a 13.2 volts DC RANGE "float" mode, 13.6 range "absorption" mode, and a 14.4 volts DC range "bulk" mode, which ensures longer battery life. Short-circuit and reverse polarity protections provide further reliability and peace of mind. The cooling fan for the WF-8725, WF-8735 and WF-8740 operates only when needed and ensures quiet operation. Every model is FCC Class B compliant, which means that the converters do not cause interference with televisions, radios or other signals. The WF-8735 and WF-8740 models bring you the convenience of built-in AC/DC distribution with a 30-amp main AC breaker and total of up to five 20-amp branch AC circuits. While on WF-8712 and WF-8725 models up to three 20 amp branch AC circuits can be installed. Four branch DC circuits are available with LED bulbs for each DC circuit, to illuminate and identify open circuits.
